GRANDSTREAM GXP 2000 PHONES with 3CX system

None of indicators or buttons work on the GRANDSTREAM GXP 2000 SIP phones except a speed dial function. MSG/TRNF/HOLD/STATUS are all none functional. Am I doing something wrong or is this just a non-supported function on the 3CX? Thanks.

My buttons work fine

My TRNF, MSG and MUTE all work. The Conf would too if I had another account programmed into the phone but I'm only runnin' account one now. What firmware do you have? I'm runnin .25. To make the MSG work, web into the phone and insert "999" into the voice mail section on the suspect account to get it working. MC
