Solved GrandStream GXP-2135 Not dimming

Greetings all,
Anyone having an issue where none of the GXP-2135 gets their backlight dimmed after the backlight timeout setting is reached ?

My apologies. When I post, I usually try it all and assume people know I've done it.
3CX Version 16.0.2.910
GrandStream GXP-2135, fw 1.0.9.132
3CX Template.

I can't say because I assumed it worked (lab system), until one of my guys who tries it all noticed it. We factory reset the phone , and same behavior happens.
Backlight timeout setup at 1min, Screensaver setup at 3min

If you login to the WebGui of a phone is the setting reflected in there?

One suggestion: I have the same phones on my demo lab and they won't dim unless the call log/missed call (on the phone) is cleared. Not to hijack the thread, but if anyone has an updated template that sets the "weather" display, message me pls!

Found the trick:

By default, the screen saver will not be triggered if you have missed calls. Please try to clear missed calls. Check the option on the LCD settings for missed calls. ' disable missed calls backlight to YES)
