Solved GRANDSTREAM GXP1610 BRAZILIAN TIME ZONE PROBLEM

Hi to everyone!

From one day to another all my phone are setted up to timezone AUTO. In 3CX is set GMT-3 (Brazil, São Paulo). If i change manually on the Phone and reprovision, the timezone is set to AUTO again. If i change in 3CX to GMT+3 (Greenland) and reprovision the timezone receive the GREENLAND. Changed again to GMT-3 (Brazil, São Paulo) and reprovision, the timezone is set to AUTO again.
We have almost 200 phones in this site.

3CX VERSION 16.0.7.1078 PRO PAID VERSION
GRANDSTREAM GXP1610 FIRMWARE 1.0.7.3

* We dont have DST since 2018.

Hi Carlos,

When we set the PBX timezone to this under Dashboard >> Settings >> Timezone & Office Hours Settings



..and keep the phone on Global timezone on the extension provisioning settings



then the phone appears to work just fine







Can you confirm?

I changed the time zone to global in the extension and reprovisioned again. My #CX was setted to Brazilian EAST time. The time is correct now on the tested IP PHONE. I must change almost 200 Ip phones. How can change this in bulk mode?

1. If they all have a manual timezone, then it cannot be avoided since phones can only be edited individually, not in bulk.

2. But if your phones already have the option "Use global timezone" selected, then you do not need to make any changes to each one individually.

- Just go to the Phones page
- Select them, one page of phones at a time
- Press "Reprovision"

All my extensions are setted to BRAZILIAN GMT-3. I must change one by one... Lets do the job.
