Grandstream GXP1620

Getting issue with GRANDSTREAM GXP1620 keep unregistered from the 3cx Server using STUN remote, i have some of the GXP2160 and 2170 and never have issue with then only with the GXP1620 and 1625 anybody have this issue before?

Please make sure that the phones are running the latest supported firmware version and the default 3CX templates. https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/
Also if you have multiple phones connection to the PBX via STUN on the same remote site then make sure that each phone has assigned unique SIP and RTP ports and those are properly forwarded to the local IP of each phone.

Phone using the latest supported firmware,phone have unique SIP and RTP ports keep discounting every day like today i reboot the phone now is working but tomorrow morning will be disconnected this is only happens with the GXP1620 and GXP1625
