Grandstream GXP2000 and attended transfer

We are just started to review the 3CX again after trying another pbx system and are having the following issue with the connected grandstream phones.

The following example describes what we are seeing (all phones are Grandstream GXP2000)

Extn 1 calls Extn 2 (Extn 2 answers the call). The caller id on Extn 2 correctly displays the id of Extn 1.
Extn 2 then does an attended transfer, transferring Extn 1 to Extn 3.
When the call transfer is complete, the caller id on Extn 3 still shows that of Extn 2, whereas it should show Extn 1.

If however we change Extn 3 to be a Snom 360 then the caller id is correct.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thats because the grandstream can not refresh the display (neither can linksys and polycom) - in that case use the 3CX assistant it will show the caller ID of the transferred call.
