Grandstream GXP2020 and 3CX in Azure

Hello! I have an old Grandstream GXP2020 phone and 3CX hosted in Azure. Is there a way to connect GXP2020 to our cloud PBX? Do i need to install SBC just for 1 phone?

Buy a new phone. GXPs are very very old and are not supported on cloud systems.

Whether supported or not, we still recommend using an SBC if your machine is in the cloud. It keeps communications secure, and very reliable. By the way, with the upcoming V18 update 6 you will be able to use some phone models that have the SBC built right into them! If you need to keep a remote phone somewhere, this will be an excellent solution. On the other hand, if you just wanted to hook up the old GXP2020 to make some use of it, you can provision it manually but it's hard to tell whether it would be reliable enough to be of any use.
