We've encountered an issue with our GXP2124's when attempting to use the conferencing features built into the 3CX V12 windows client.
Our GXP2020 and GXP2120 phones do not have this issue:
When we have an ongoing 1 to 1 call we'd like to convert to a conference call 3cx does not create the conference immediately. We have to hang the 2124 up and it will redial all of the numbers in the conference call. Yet our 2020 and 2120's both perform the conversion immediately and without interruption.
I've confirmed that the 2124 configuration does not deviate from that of the 2020 and 2120's yet I cannot see any reason for the difference in functionality.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
