Grandstream GXP2170 - Attended Transfer

Hi,

we have a problem with the attended transfer after upgrade to 15.5 SP6 and firmware 1.09.102. Both were recommeded by 3CX (SP6 by email, firmware by PBX). We come from 15.5 pre SP5 and 1.09.71 where Attended Transfer worked fine.

The phone provisioniong setting is "Attended Transfer" and the "+Config" XML also shows that Attended Transfer is requested, but on the phone "Blind transfer" is shown and implemented.

Can somebody help? It drives the receptionist nuts and I'm very afraid of her :S ...

Hi Mario,
The "Attended Transfer" in 3CX Management Console and provisioning file is related to the transfer mode of the DSS (BLF) keys. So, you can decide how to make the transfer when the DSS (BLF) key is pressed. To apply it you need to select it from the 3CX Management Console and re-provision the phone.

The Attended Transfer on Grandstream phones (without DSS keys using) was always working in the following way:
* Establish the call
* Press the second line
* Dial the number where you want to transfer the call
* Once the call is established, press Transfer button followed by the LINE_1 button
