Hi
First let me say this has only started happening only since update 6 and happening on all 3 phones configured in this way. The phone is running the latest firmware and I am running the latest supported phone template.
When I re-provision a gxp2170 that has a gxp2200ext connected the blf's on the expansion module will no longer change state (flash red/ red) they just stay green but they work to make calls. Unplugging the expansion module and reconnecting it fixes the problem until a automatic re-provision or a manual re-provision causes it to break again.
I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue? I plan on factory resetting one of the phones tomorrow to see if it helps the situation. I'm thinking it's a template change or a firmware glitch that Grandstream will need to fix.
Regards, Jon
