Solved Grandstream GXP2170 not provisioning extensions to EXT-Board

GXP2170 Version 1.0.9.132
GXP2200EXT attached

I have some 16 BLFs defined with the extension, and "Auto Provision List Starting Point" defaults to "0 - Extension Boards", so I was expecting to see the BLFs show in ext-board, not in VPK. Any idea why?
