Hello Everyone,
Hope everyone is doing well. Thanks for stopping and pitching in on this. I'm trying to hook up an old Grnadsteam GXV3275 touchscreen phone with a 3cx instance hosted by 3cx. i don't expect like all features to work but it would be great if I can be jus able to make/receive calls and pretty much that is it, just don't want to through it in the garbage because I can't use it with 3cx. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

Hi there. I
f the machine is hosted with us, the only way you could give it a try, which will not be a supported way is via STUN.
So you will go to the Extension tab >> IP phone, and check the box "I will configure it myself", and then in the Options tab >> Option >> have the settings "Block remote non-tunnel connection" off.
Keep in mind that this is not something we recommend and something that is supported and might not work. In your case, it will be best to use 3CX Web client/PWA.
