hi,

I have a GXW-4108 hooked up to 3cx. I can receive calls that are incomming from the PTSN to GXW-4108 to 3cx client. So my question is how do I make out going calls? from 3cx client to GXW-4108 to ptsn to my grandma in NY?

Have you defined outbound rule for call out? Please post the console log here as well. It may speed up to address your issue.
