Hi,
I have a Grandstream GXW-4108 - latest firmware etc , linked into analogue ports on a samsung DCS unit. I am using 3cx to provide extensions to a remote factory.
I am having problems with caller ID internally but my big problem is when users dial out, the grandstream allocates the first line available to it , and this then give the recipients on the existing samsung system the 'wrong' caller on their screen.
Is there anyway I can force the line used according to the ID of the VOIP handset that is calling ?
Mark
