Grandstream GXW4108 analog fxo gateway

I realize that only the gxw4104 is supported, but rather than buying two devices, went with the 4108. With that being said, all appears to be working fine except after a couple of days, have to reboot the GXW4108. 3cx thinks the system is registered, grandstream thinks it is registered, but no calls either in or out. Reboot grandstream and all is good again.
