Grandstream HT 488 and Caller ID

I've looked on a lot of messages of this forum. It's possible that 3cx dont support caller ID on HT 488?? and if I replace it with HT 503????

HT488 not support incoming caller ID only. NOT 3CX not support caller id from HT488. The specifications of HT503 support
caller ID from both IP and PSTN. However, this feature at HT503 not work for me. I have try a few different type caller id (FSK, BELL and ETSI) analog phone lines. But no luck for HT503. All of them can be correctly decode the incoming caller by Grandstream GXW4104.

Caller Id does not work with me also
Please can you help me to set the FXO because incoming calls open the call then ring in the extension and I can not make any call?

FXS can make and receive calls

Hi Amygoda,

Do you mean when FXS port in-use, FXO port cannot make call out?

Which call stage in use at HT503? One stage or two stage? Wait for dial tone or not?
