Grandstream HT Series, How do you create in V20?

Not seeing anything is regards to how to add a HT series FXS device to V20. The templates exist under Advanced | Templates | DECT templates | SUPPORTED (HT801, 802, 812, 814, 818)

I would have thought it would be under the Voice & Chat with all of the other connection types.

+Add DECT doesn't show them like V18 does.

V20 documentation only references the V18 method of adding.

Any help appreciated as we cannot test for forthcoming upgrades one day.

I'm also trying to setup an HT812 and I'm running into not being able to download the XML file to add to the device. Any help on this?

Make the change to the HT device under Voice & Chat
Copy the link under Advanced | Provisioning Link
Open in Edge, etc. and paste the link in the address bar
Right click in the body of the browser window and choose Save As (path of your choice)
Open the HT device via the link provided in Device Web Console | Web Console URL using the user/pass provided below
3rd tab in the HT Advanced Settings almost to the bottom of the page choose Upload Configuration and choose the xml file you just saved
Reboot HT and wait a few minutes
Observe device status in the 3CX console Users tab
