Grandstream HT801 show unregistered every couple of days.

Hi.. I have the Grandstream HT801 installed and working, but every couple of days I have to power cycle the device for it to stay "registered" in the 3CX Console and no faxing can be done. Is there anyway to determine what is causing this behavior?

Logs and PCAP tracing although with the random time scale it maybe a challenge.

If you can access the device while in non registration mode you could run a log and PCAP and see if registration messages are getting to the PBX.

First off hower is the device setup in a supported method VPN or local LAN network?
