Solved Grandstream Network Passthrough Not Working After V16 Update

We noticed after upgrade to version 16 of 3cx and upgrading the Grandstream to firmware version 1.0.9.127 the Grandstream seem to stop network passthrough. If you power cycle the phone the computer would connect for a few min then it would stop passing traffic again. Not sure anyone has seen this or if they have a fix.

An updated template was released this morning this fix this issue. Please update your templates and reprovision the phone.

The same problem is encountered by me also. I updated the template and reprovision the phone even then the problem is persisting. I am using grandstream GPX 1625 model with F/W version 1.0.4.132

Try enabling the PC Port VLAN option in the extension and leave the default values.

This worked for me at multiple sites using Grandstream phones

you can do this or plz reprovision with the latest GS template update, the port is now by default on.
