Grandstream not provisioning

When SP4 came out - we reset all phones and started using the Grandstream approved Templates.
I added 2 phones today - factory reset, updated Firmware.
When phones were done with the process, they didnt get their BLF keys.
I rebooted again - same thing. No BLF.
Anyone else see this?

Using 2130's on 15.5 SP4.

have you checked the phone's web gui to see what's in there. i don't know grandstream but our fanvils have a section for blf info.

same xml for other phones of same model that worked? you said you reset all phones and then you added 2 today. did the first set of reset phones provision correctly and the 2 added today have issues? same xml for both sets? have you tried resetting one from the first set to see if it provisions correctly. anything different with the 2 today than the rest?

Well templates are created on the fly... and as you can see - the information IS IN the template. So, the phone isn't processing it completely. There was a phone firmware upgrade that was released about a week after SP4 dropped.

A phone reset factory from first set (70 units) does not get BLF information... Its in the XML - but not in the GUI.

Still trying to figure out where its going wrong. Going to test a few more phones. Need to try and get one of the phones on the previous firmware to see what happens. Not sure I still have it though.

sound like something wrong with the xml file. perhaps there is something wrong with the xml generation for that phone with sp4.
