my GS Phone keep receive call from unknown extensions. i click yes to: Accept Incoming SIP from Proxy Only and that fix my problems but 3cx system set it back to NO, how can i get that fix please?

Any changes would have to be made in the template or options will reset after the next set update.

Your other option is to install firewall rules on your router that only allow the IPs needed to traverse the WAN into the LAN thereby preventing them from ever reaching an endpoint.
