need to add more line on GS 2160 two line how can i can add more lines so the phone right when i got some one in hold line 5-6 lines, please help thank you!

You can not do this via the standard configuration with 3CX, you can do one of the following

Create a custom template (which is not supported by 3CX) which adds the extra line keys -
https://www.3cx.com/docs/custom-ip-phone-templates/

Manually configure the phone, instead of using 3CX provisioning and templates. This way you can configure the keys manually

SIP World:
You can add 6 accounts to the phone and accept one or more calls on each account.
Accounts != Lines

thank you, i just need to add it manually the ext and the phone ,not with the 3CX provisioning?

Hello @Maykel Constantin

Please note that Grandstream devices have 2 lines configured by default when you first provision the phone. If you want to add more lines just navigate to extension settings / BLF tab and add more line keys to the phone. Re-provision the phone and you should see the additional line keys on the phone. To be able to receive multiple calls on the phone navigate to extension settings / Forwarding rules and enable option "Accept multiple calls".

Thank you so much,

So click on the new ext that i creating setting click on BLF and Click on Line Key than add it ? Or i dont need to create other and use the frist one i setup, then add the line key?

Thank you

If the requirement is to have multiple lines on the same device then you add lines on the original device so you are able to accept multiple calls.

i did the BLF on each line add the Accept multiple calls and now the phone have the line key but still busy if im talking on the phone, Do i need to add more extension on the 3cx system and add it manually to the phone?

Are these direct calls to your extension or are you receiving calls from Ring groups and Queues?

Please note that the option "Accept multiple calls" does not apply for ring group or Queue calls. It only applies for direct calls to your extension. So if you are part of a Ring group and a second call comes in the PBX will not ring your extension.

if i do this may work?

a. 3CX Phone System > Settings > Advanced > Custom Parameters
b. Search for "ALLOW"
c. Change the Value of "ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP" to 1.
d. Press Apply and OK

This will work but please note that this is not supported and may cause unexpected behaviour so i would recommend doing all the necessary checks before using this option.
