Solved Grandstream phones BLF not ringing correct extension

We have some Grandstream 2140's with the expansion board, and a 2170 with an expansion board. When forwarding a call to the BLF with the name of Chuck, it goes to a totally different extension. The phones were recently upgraded to 1.0.11.3 and the 3CX was recently upgraded to 16.0.454. The phones were registered with the 3CX included templates. Anyone else run into this?

Nevermind. Some joker swapped the phones around to play a prank.
