Grandstrream GXW4104

I just add Grandstrream GXW4104 gateway in 3cx system. Grandstream gateway FXO connect to another Soundwin VoIP gateway box FXS. I make outbound roule dial "9" on GXW4104. I use my grandstream IP phone and dial 9 and I see it connects to GXW4104 but it looks like Soundwin VoIP gateway box won't take my DTMF. can you help me? I attach the system log.

The method that you are using for sending DTMF from the set has to work with the method that the gateway is using. The gateway will receive the SIP messages and then generate the DTMF tones to send out on the line. Both ends, the set and the gateway, have to be set to "speak the same language".
