Great start! But ugly UI

FYI just constructive criticism.

The UI needs a lot of improvement. The button can't be resized or changed, the position can't be changed, it's not intuitive and It's not attractive. It degrades the appearance of our site. I strongly suggest 3CX developers to look at other chat apps. It has great potential and I know they will make it better.

Thank you for your feedback. Button resizing, position change are options that easily can come in the future. For now we do have a chat component that among the others provide audio and video that you cannot find easily out there. On our plugin we provide also the option to customize the primary and secondary color in order to match to your site branding.

For the styling let me disagree with you. Our chat component is close to what others provide in terms of UI, and if you can see the change from the first release to the current, you will notice a significant change.
