Solved Greeting not visibal

We configured a live chat and enabled greeting like this:


I would expect that this leads to a pop up like it appears on the 3cx.com side:



What needs to be done to get this?

How did you implement this? Via the HTML code generator?

Is it a Wordpress site you're trying to upload it to? If not, what kind of site is it?

We tried to implement the HTML code in a Wordpress testsite but not via 3CX plugin but directly using the HTML snippet.

On our prod Website we use Django CMS.

Hi @VSC,

I'm afraid that the language used by the HTML generator is based on locale. While you may be able to edit the callus.js file, that'd be at your own discretion.

Hi @VasilisV_3CX maybe we have a missunderstanding. My post is not about the language, it is about the fact that the red marked popup is not appearing on out side.

Does the greeting show up if you open it with an incognito Chrome tab?

Thanks @VasilisV_3CX. I tested again today and suddenly the greeting was visable. Maybe some caching problem. So looks like all is working as expected for now.

Glad to hear @VSC, it does seem to have been a caching issue. If you ever need to check if it's working, try open it with an incognito window.
