Hi there. I believe I set everything up per instructions but clearly missing SOMETHING. As the icon on the website is greyed out and not clickable. I saw in another thread to run F12, I attached the screen shot of the error. As well as the plug in side from WordPress

When i took out the "www"

make sure your website URL is correct in the 3CX settings

Example: https://3cx.com is not the same as https://www.3cx.com

If you defined your website to only work on www.3cx.com and someone types 3cx.com and you dont have a redirect, the PBX will not recognise this as a valid origin for the chat.
