Greyed buttons -

Hello,
where is my problem? All buttons are greyed out.

Latest 3cx professional version 16.0.9 with maintenance
And template is default latest version from 3cx (yealinkt4x.ph.xml)

Phone firmware ist latest supported.

I think with old custom template we do not have this problem.

Hi Tomas,

How are you certain that this phone is actually using the default 3CX template?

It appears it is not currently using the default based on the screenshot. So I would suggest the following checks which may help:


- We are assuming you are accessing the management console from the latest version if Chrome. If not, then please do so. You can also try via incognito mode to ensure that no plugins or browser cache issues will affect your test

- If you edited the default Yealink 3CX template at some point (original file), it may now be irreversibly broken. You will have to reinstall 3CX from a backup. Note the defaults should never be edited, not even for a quick test. Always use the copy function to create custom templates, and do all your modifications in the custom template.

- If the default template remains untouched, then factory reset the Yealink, and also delete its extension entirely. Now recreate the extension as new, and provision it automatically as per our guide. The buttons should now come back.
