Greyed Live Chat Icon on the WordPress site

I have configured live chat on my WordPress website but the icon is greyed out.
What am I missing, please advise.

Is system wide chat enabled in the MGMT console?

Is anyone logged into the queue that the live chat is pointed at?

Do you have the correct URL copied? -- can you go to the live chat url itself in a new tab?

Does WordPress website not have a valid SSL certificate?

Are you using a self-signed certificate on 3CX? -- needs to be full-chain.

Can the https port of your 3CX be contacted from your WordPress site? Firewall rules in place?

Thank you for the advise, the issue was the SSL certificate which I have renewed to resolve the problem.
