Groundwire on iOS

Hi
Has anyone managed to get Groundwire working on 3CX.
I keep getting this error in my logs but I know the credentials are correct !

"Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings"

Registration fails

I don't believe that you will get any support on this site for that app. You should probably be asking on their forums/support. Why don't you use the 3CX smartphone clients?

Unless I am mistaken I recall seeing a post somewhere recently that video is coming to the clients! Not sure though, maybe somebody else knows more.

would be great if possible , but I can't say I've seen it on the proposed roadmap, more around optimisations
To not have video on a softphone is sacrilege in 2019
