Group Chat issues?

Maybe we are missing something on regards to the Group Chat,
But..
Can we title or change the group name somewhere?
How can we add or remove people from groups once created?

We are having more users with the home-office thing . More questions.

Hello @AGidi and thank you for your feedback.

Currently you cannot manage the members of a group.

Group name can be specified as soon as you add more than one user in the list of participants.


One workaround to change the name of a group name is to create another conversation with the same participants and on the screen where you specify the group name, you can alter the group name.

In the web client at least when you click the Compose Chat icon and you can add people, just keep adding people.

Thank you! Can we save the Chat Group for any new discussion? After I named the group, I cannot find any way to recall my saved group.

Hello @Kane Wong ,

The group chat will be listed always in the list of chat conversations. The way to rename that group chat is by adding the same participants, and you will get the reference to that group.
