Our school group has approximately 90 school Campuses (This includes Preschool, Primary and High school) which all use different holiday dates, times and recordings. The feature that was added for group holidays and Time zones was a great addition.
Can the following also be considered to be built in as a feature request.
1. The ability to upload an audio file to the individually created group holidays, so that we don't have to manually go and change the Office hours prompt when the school re-opens.
2. The ability to have more flexibility for Holiday times along with different date ranges and times. (Range of days including specific times) at the moment this can only be on single days and we will have to create individual holidays for all holiday days.
3. Add a "When office is on Holiday route to" (Example: Holiday prompt states. We are currently on Holiday, please press one for Emergency contact)
Example:
- Create a holiday for the group - "June Mid term Break"
- Upload recorded prompt
- The admin Staff still at the school from 8:00 to 13:00 so set Holiday message to play outside of these hours for the first week.
- Second week of the break no staff at the school - > Plays prompt for date range. Also have option to route to a chosen extension while on Holiday.
