Group level holidays

How do these work. I currently have holidays defined in the settings office hours and holidays. I believed the group level settings would override the company wide settings. I have a holiday defined at the group level but it does nothing. Do I remove company level holidays? Also, is there any way to customize a holiday greeting by group?

You referring to v20?

Holidays are done via office hours assigned to departments.

Thanks, still on V18. Looks like 20 will be an improvement. I suppose there will be learning curves. Hopefully good documentation for this implementation.

Ignore what I previously said.. i forgot v18 has its own admin console.

Check that your extensions and such are in their respected groups and that your DID are set to go to a group.
