Dear forum participants, I'm faced with the problem on the ver 11 sp3 – Build 28392.820 3CX PBX, that "A" call "B" and "C" pickup "B"
with Aastra 6731i phones. "A" not know who picked up its call.
-"A" display "B" name after "C" pickuped its. ("A" not know how picked up)
-"B" display "A" name, after pickup nothing visible. (Missed call indicator is not active!)
-"C" display indicated *20*; "C" not known who called "B".
And at the "C" call register there can be seen *20*.
I implemented and upgraded from Asterisk to 3CX because of my customer easier/friendlier operation,
but this function worked with Asterisk 1.4 very well.
A tried so far, but no results;
1. /extension/other/extension capability/Support 'Replaces' Header switch off
2. /Setting/General Settings/Global Options/'Append-prepend name to CallerID - Append switch on
3. /Setting/General Settings/Global Options/'Caller ID and Phonebook matching - Resolved caller -switced on -(obviously Company phonebook up and running and contains all participants)
