Group Pickup Without "SuperUser"

Hey Guys,

Hopefully someone else has encountered this slight issue.

The problem we have is that in order to use the pickup function (*20*) a user must have the perform operations right.
This is not something we would want our users to have (this being Divert, Transfer and Take). It also requires them to have "Can see Group Calls" which again is not really ideal.
Has anyone found a way to allow a pickup without these rights or to restrict them in some way?

Unfortunately the option is required in order to enable user picking up calls, in case a more options are required i would suggest to post this as an idea at http://www.3cx.com/ideas

Same problem here - the permissions structures have been poorly implemented.

We have issues whereby certain staff don't want their calls to be seen by others in MyPhone (eg HR staff / CEO), however by removing the 'can see group calls / show calls to group' then this removes the ability to pickup that extension..

The two are unrelated yet have been merged together as one permission set..

Its been listed previously on 3CX ideas - which would be more useful if it wasn't hooked into social media accounts.
