I am looking to allow a user playback call recordings in there group only. In group rights i have enabled manger to see group recordings. I have assigned user to group and set as manager.
When they login to webclient there is no option to see recordings. I enable show call recordings for the user under phone provisioning and now they can see all call recordings and not just the group ones.
how can i restrict this to just show the recordings of the group they are in.
