Group Texting

When receiving a group chat from a client, responses are coming in individually from each of the people the client has in the chat. How to combine all users in responses?

So the group is created externally and is pointing to this DID.
This is though expected as all externals will always point to the same destination.

So what you are saying is 3CX does not support group SMS at all if external numbers are involved?

So what is the direction 3CX has planed for SMS messaging so I have a better understanding?

Hi @lritpeter, we do have API/Zappier available that you can use to use to send to more than one recipient but those messages will not show up as outbound in the 3CX, if they respond and the webhook is pointed to 3CX then it will start start a new or continued convo in 3CX.

That sounds like it would be more trouble than it is worth
