Group SMS capability

Looking the web client it appears that 3CX currently only support SMS messaging to a single recipient. Is this correct? Does anyone know if there will be a future release to add multiple recipients?

Hi @TechCheck

You can route numbers to single extensions, Ring Groups, Queues and even Groups.
In the case or Ring Groups and Queues all agents will receive the SMS and an agent can take ownership of that conversation.
Also all agents can send SMS using the same numbers.

Thank you for the response. By recipients I meant external recipients, aka people outside the 3CX system. I want to sms message multiple people at once.

I am afraid that is not possible as our implementation is P2P and not A2P. You can only send one message at the time.

I am afraid I don't have that information but I can tell you that its not in the direction we are moving at the moment.
