Groups problem

Hello,

I have a 3 groups and 50 extensions. My role is manager in Extensions-Rights and "Can see group members" and other settings is enable.

I'm also in 3 groups and role is Manager.

I cannot see other member If I disable "Show presence to group members" in "User Rights" section but I'm not User... Any idea for this point ?

You disallow the option in the Rights of a different extension or your own?

Disallow in groups setting but allow all in my extension rights

So the users do not have the option "Show presence to group members" enabled but you want to see their presence? If the extensions do not show their presence then you will not be able to see it. This is the default behaviour of the system and cannot be changed currently.
I would recommend posting this as a feature request to our ideas section of the forum https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ . All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update.
