Hi All,
We got this Grandstream intercom as it ticks a few boxes and being SIP should work with 3CX as an unsupported device, but alas, I'm having some issues so seeing if anyone can impart some advice from their own setup maybe.
Setup account and device is registered and I can call from my extension (deskphone/softphone) to the intercom fine.
But when the intercom calls into our ring group, it will ring but on answering the call is dropped.
I had to turn on SIP proxy compatibility mode on the intercom for it to now change IP's for some reason to my deskphone.
Anyway, does anyone have one of these and has some advice on the config required?
V15.5.15502, intercom and PBX are on same LAN, not vlan's or anything weird.
Thought this would be easier than our failing 10yr SIP intercom that worked since moving to 3CX a while back, but the Grandstream has a heap of extra settings/flags..
cheers
