A post on that forum says that users with 64SC and above can post. Our instance has 128 - can I get privileges to post there?

Your forum user must be linked with your customer account. This is done by matching the emails.

I am not sure where to post this, but we have deployed 200 extension setup and love the product but there are few small inconvenience compare to the Mitel system the client was using before.

The big one is one someone else pickup the call for group member, or call is transferred the CLI don't display the person name who you talking to but the extension you called. Can this be included in future product update please.

Secondly we need re-occurring conference call. Staff at our client site organise regular weekly or monthly meetings with different people or internal and it is silly to send separate meeting notification for each instance because 3CX generate unique code each time.

Previously this was possible using Mitel conferencing and the customer is really annoyed losing this functionlity. Currently as work around we gave the conference password to staff to create adhoc meeting to keep the pin number consistent but its not the best option.

Can we please have re-occurring conference option for Audio conference and / or option to define our own security pin for the conference.

Other than that 3CX is amazing.

Is there any plans to vastly improve this forum/method for ideas submission?

Users certainly struggle the way it currently is due to no ability to sort or filter issues, this means it's impossible to see if your idea has already been posted unless you manually scroll through 500 pages...

The search bar is also poor, it will return the same post as a result multiple times.

I would recommend at least switching the ideas sub-forum to be a proper bug tracker application instead, this will allow much easier management such as marking duplicates, closing issues that won't be implemented and assigning issues to staff.
I would personally recommend MantisBT (https://www.mantisbt.org/ ) for this purpose.
I'm not just complaining blindly without contributing - I'm willing to give up some time to help set this up if it was of interest.

The problem with not allowing large amounts of customers to not post ideas requests is that you immediately alienate a proportion of your userbase. If that user type is the same then you are ignoring business ideas from that sector - not good business sense! Better still a vote up or vote down system so that ideas that are unhelpful 'give everyone a mug' get voted down and 'fix voicemail to email sound level' can get voted up. In that way you will be aware of things that might be upsetting a large amount of loyal users.

Hi Nick, what priviliedges do I need to be able to Post in the Idea forum? Seems I can;t just now. :-(

IDEA > Mobile 3CX Admin Console App which will work on Android or iOS phone - we can use chrome browser on an Android phone but its cumbersome with small display - Tablet is OK, as is a proper computer, but engineers like myself often need to make on the fly changes for users while we are off-site...an App which mimics closely the console layout on a SmartPhone would be great...
