has anybody found a way to add a button to a single user's VM on other phones? For Example: i want x104 to be the only user with voicemail; but i would like the other users to have a button to access that user's VM. I know the can get to it by 999+#+ext+pin. However, if there is a way to do it by pressing a single key, that would be great.

This is not an option, as dialing the voicemail you need first to establish the call with the voicemail menu and then press the DTMF options.

Here are some options to consider:

• Manually provision a second account on each phone (not supported)
• Use voicemail to email using a email distribution group
• Use the 3CX group voicemail feature
• Use the VoIPTools enhanced group voicemail feature

3CX Voicemail Manger offers enhanced group voicemail functionality where every member of the group gets a copy of the voicemail in their voicemail box. If anyone in the group listens to the voicemail, it turns off the MWI for everyone (sets the voicemail to heard). Because we use a generic voicemail box, you have the ability to use all the same voicemail greeting options.
