7 phones (grandestream gxp 2000, last firmware) in one ring group
this is the issue:
once a phone is engaged, the phone can only accept other incoming calls that are sent to it composing the proper extension
Engaged phones cannot get incaming calls when they are sent via a ring group (external calls)
I have already checked "I want to be able to accept more than 1 call at the same time uses Phone status", but it doesnt work.
