Solved GXP-2130 Provisioning UN/PW

I feel like this is simple and I know I've done it before with no issues.

I'm trying to provision a Grandstream GXP-2130 for a client. I factory reset the phone after setting it up on the extension and when it prompts for the username and password I type in the extension number and then the VM pin and get the error "Username and Password is wrong". I'm assuming it's something I'm missing but even after verifying the firmware is correct, I can not get these phones to provision. I do see in the Event Log that RPS Request was sent.

I ended up find out that Option 66 was setup on the router pointing it to a different PBX. After removing that option, it provisioned with no issues.

Glad to hear it was resolved! It's always easy to forget Option 66!
