GXW-4104 won't register

Just installed a GXW-4104 and it was working OK. Then all of a sudden it started saying wrong credentials. Rebooted it and checked the provisioning link. Deleted and recreated the device in 3CX and did a hard reset followed by a reconfigure. Still getting wrong credentials message. What should I be looking at?

When it was working, 3CX could make calls out through it but could not get incoming calls to work reliably. It worked a few times and then just wouldn't route the calls.

Hello @greychain Can you confirm that the device is local to 3CX, in the same subnet and/or locally routed subnet (including site-to-site VPN)?

yes, same subnet , yes up to date firmware. Was working then stopped now saying wrong password. I even cut and pasted the password from 3cx to the GW

I would advise you need to log a ticket via your partner portal for further investigation.

Got it registering again, after I had deleted and recreated the id had changed from 10004 to 10003 but did not re-provision with the new ID. Manually changed it on the device and it's OK now
