GXW4104 setup on V20

Guys, iam looking for instuctions on how to get my GXW4104 working with 3CX v20.

Existing tutorials dont seem to match enough to get it working.

I've seen this document, but it unclear how to extract the provisioning link and where to enter the MAC address of the FXO Gateway in the 3CX.

I am encountering the same problem. The documentation is ambiguous and the procedures do not correspond with the requirements for successful self-provisioning.
