I can program the speed dials using BLF 1-10. How can I program the Fanvil H2U's single DSS/Function button using 3CX?

Hi,

Then you already know know how to do it
Set it up like this on position 1 (speed dial, or custom speed dial), then reprovision the phone.
After it reboots, the bottom right button can be used to call that extension.

So I’ve got 1 and 2 programmed for custom speed dials in 3cx but they get dialed on the phone when I hold down 1 or hold down 2 respectively–not when I use the bottom right key. I can program the DSS key in the phone UI but can’t figure out how to do it in 3CX (and if I program in the UI, it seems like eventually 3CX reprovisions and wipes it.

Your original question was how to program the single key, and that's what the solution above provides.

Now for the long-press speed dials, you will have to do them manually from the device UI from here specifically:


These will not get wiped upon reprovisioning / reboot because 3CX does not provision this section.
