Handytone 488 does not answer call

Has anyone see this problem? The adapter registers and I can call out just fine. But for some reason if I call the handytone ext and answer the phone connected it will stop ringing but never connects the call. And then it seem after I hang up the phone it will start ringing again.

The fxo port on the adapter works fine I can call in or out on it and it connects just fine.
