Hardware recommendation

I currently have one location running HP Server and Win 2003 server for 30 users.

Adding a small office as a separate system, 4 phones, 4 lines on a sip trunk (will be used for voice and fax) over an adsl 6m/768.

Will the following hardware suffice for this?

3 Year Basic Service Plan
3GB DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz- 2 DIMM
No Monitor
Integrated ATI Radeon HD3200 Graphics
250GB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive

Hi,

Personally I would get a better processor but otherwise this should be adequate providing you don't have call recording enabled.
