Hi, Has 2Talk been removed as a SIP Trunk provider in New Zealand?

There is a suggestion to use "Generic Sip Trunk" and "Generic VOIP Provider" but they are not listed.
Also the SIP providers appear similar to Australia!!

As far as I know 2Talk is still available. Which PBX version are you running and are you using Hosted by 3CX or not?
Have you tried clearing your cache or a different browser?

Hi, I am running Hosted Startup Free.
I tried another browser (Mozilla Firefox) and I am using Google Chrome and got the same results.
2Talk is not listed in Add Trunk.
I cannot find any reference to Generic as per the documentation..

I am afraid the the Startup Edition does not support all providers. There are very specific requirements that providers have to meet to be included in Startup. I would recommend choosing one of supported ones.

Can you provide the requirements for a company to be supported as a SiP Trucnk Provider with Startup Free ? Thanks.

No its not, as user do not have access to the management console so no manual configuration is possible.
