Have admin portal info just locked out

I have the admin portal login, I am getting locked out as it seems other bad actors tried the admin password one too many and I am unable to login as admin to fix the issue.

Any ideas as i really dont want to have to start over from scratch

I tried the reset password but I have yet to receive any emails either

3CX blocks the IP not the account. Try from a different IP or wait 24 hours, but make sure there are no phones trying and failing to provision, or anything else failing to log in.
